Reed Bury St Edmunds are working with an exciting company that is Growing that specialise in Sensory Products.
They are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Junior Sensory Room Designer.
In the role your main responsibility will be to develop the room designs and produce a detailed drawing in readiness for the manufacturing stage of the order process.
Their Multi-Sensory, Sensory Integration and Soft Playrooms are installed with in Schools, Hospitals, and therapy clinics. All rooms are made to measure therefore you must be able to produce CAD designs using Sketch up, or similar, to produce bespoke 3D designs drawings for the manufacture team.
The ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a dynamic and client focused team, be able to work on their own initiative, care passionately about details and accuracy, be able to problem solve and thinks outside the box.
- Provide Technical drawings.
- Produce relevant Purchase orders for internal manufacturing teams.
- Help with initial design proposal workload when required.
- Ensure visual designs adhere to project requirements, objectives, and timelines upholding brand standards across all projects.
- Collaborate to develop new ideas and see them through to completion, setting project expectation and timelines.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to showcase designs and completed work.
Requirements
- Experience in Auto CAD, In design or Sketch UP
- Some knowledge of designing rooms, products, or furniture
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle related administration tasks.
Salary dependent on experience,
37.5hours per week
