Junior Developer / Helpdesk Administrator

You will help our current developers to assist our clients with bug fixes and trouble shooting their systems. 

Customer service is key. We don’t want anyone to have to wait for fixes, so you will have a reassuring email manner, while you do the problem solving.

As your confidence grows, we will be training you to fix regular problems and small issues yourself, and eventually to design your own systems for clients from initial conversation to proposal and development.
