Spectrum IT has partnered for several years now with a global third-party risk management software provider. Their SAAS platform is a critical piece of software to some of the largest household names in the world such as Pfizer, Ford & Tesco.
As they continue to grow and evolve, they need a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their growing engineering function. You'll be responsible for management of their CI/CD pipelines building and maintaining these so they can deploy code. You'll be familiar with AWS devops and have strong skills with Jenkins configuration.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipeline management
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Shell, Python)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Beneficial skills:
- Prior experience in a SAAS environment and agile sprint team
- Experience in third party vendor or supply chain risk management
- A software engineering or computer science degree
