Our growing e-commerce is searching for a Junior Digital Marketer to join our dedicated team. This person will work with the sales and marketing manager to run our Amazon shop, digital advertising on Google, Amazon, and Facebook, website optimisation and journey mapping. In this role, you will:
- Manage Valentte's Amazon seller account - create listings, publish listings, and create variations of the products.
- Be responsible for ongoing monitoring of listings to ensure we don't run out of stock and that the whole product range is on Amazon.
- Maintaining the day-to-day running of the Amazon account, including reporting and analysing daily sales with the Sales and Marketing Manager
- Manage Valentte's digital advertising accounts:
- Manage day-to-day running of Amazon ads, making necessary changes to improve sales performance.
- Manage the day-to-day running of Google ads, monitoring, checking, and editing campaigns to improve sales performance.
- Be enthusiastic and pitch ideas to create your own campaigns.
- Discover new trends in digital advertising, teach yourself and pitch ideas for branching into other forms of digital advertising to drive sales.
- Liaise with affiliate agencies for new promotional opportunities across their platforms
- Facilitate the onboarding of new affiliates.
- Once the rest of the role is established, we would like this person to start working on website optimisation. Experience working with an e-commerce website, website optimisation, and journey mapping would be helpful here.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team with anything sales-related.
We're looking for someone who:
- Can demonstrate experience of running an Amazon Seller account
- Has experience in digital advertising – experience can be varied, but we are particularly interested in proven examples of working with Amazon for advertising.
- Experience working with an e-commerce website and working in website optimisation and journey mapping would be helpful here.
- Is enthusiastic and willing to learn as the role develops
- Is a hard worker who wants to contribute to a growing e-commerce business.
- Cares about e-commerce sales, regularly checks sales and conversions, and always has one finger on the pulse.
- Is good at taking instruction. The candidate will be taking direction from the Sales and Marketing Manager daily.
- They will be inspired by and engaged with digital marketing, excited to work with the team, and will input ideas for strategies for marketing and digital marketing projects.
- Has a creative mindset with the ability to understand and replicate the company's vision through digital marketing
- Is excellent at prioritising and understanding when to prioritise projects based on the business's needs.
- Is a collaborative worker with good communication skills.
- Has a friendly, can-do attitude and isn't afraid to get involved in helping in other areas of the business if needed.
- Is forward-thinking and excited about working with new ideas.
- Has a clear interest in and passion for digital marketing and is always up to date with the latest trends.
Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (flexibility required based on project demands).

- Location: Winsford, Cheshire, with on-site parking for staff.
