Ocean Independence, a leading yacht broker specialising in the sale, charter, and management of superyachts, is looking for a dynamic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with company goals and our target audience.

Create a content calendar outlining topics, themes, and distribution for social media channels.

Social Media Management

Maintain and enhance social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, META, Threads, TikTok, YouTube) with consistent branding.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, staying updated on social media trends and industry news.

Content Creation

Write engaging social media posts tailored to our audience.

Collaborate with experts to produce high-quality content.

Attend shows and events as needed to capture new content.

Paid Social

Plan and execute paid social campaigns on META and LinkedIn.

Develop engaging ad copy and visuals.

Work with our agency and the Senior Digital Executive to define and optimize target audiences and ads.

Lead Generation & Engagement

Craft content that educates and addresses prospects' pain points.

Implement strategies to drive engagement, such as questions, polls, and sharing news.

Use social media tools to monitor and respond to comments and mentions.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on social media and digital performance metrics.

Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with the wider marketing team for cohesive messaging and branding.

Collaborate with the sales department to understand client pain points and create relevant content.

Continuous Improvement

Stay open to feedback and refine content strategies based on performance.

Experiment with new content formats to maintain engagement.

CRM Input

Regularly input marketing activity data into the CRM system, ensuring all records are accurate.

Email Marketing

Assist the Broker Support Team in the creation of regular B2B and B2C emails.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of two years' experience in social media or Digital Marketing.

Strong writing and content creation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.

Proactive and able to keep up with industry trends.
