The Royal Hotel - Junior Duty Manager

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Junior Duty Manager or an experienced Supervisor looking to take the next step, who is passionate for delivering the highest level of service. Someone who can bring an enthusiastic and driven attitude to the team and inspire us to work to the best of our ability each day, whilst leading by example and adopting a hands-on approach. To ensure you can assist the management with the day to day running of the business, daily duties to include;
- Communicating effectively with all departments in line with management requirements.
- Working with Senior management on the day to day running of the business.
- Scheduling shifts and monitoring staffing levels.
- Resolving customer queries and grievances in a professional manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Running morning, afternoon and evening services.

Working hours are upto 50hrs a week over a mixture of straight and split shifts covering evenings and weekends.
