I am currently working with an SME in Essex who are a sub-contract sheet metal working fabrication company. They are currently undergoing major growth change and now have a requirement for a Junior Engineer to join the team.
While this company are relatively small and operate autonomously, they are a member of a group of 8 companies, having the financial backing and security that comes with being within a group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Engineer to learn all aspects of the business, including spending time on the shop floor learning the machinery, using the CAD programs, and be trained to work with the estimator within the business.
The Junior Engineer can expect to receive a competitive salary, flexible holiday entitlement (no fixed shutdowns), and free parking.
The ideal candidate for the Junior Engineer role will preferably have a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or HND) and be looking to make a career within manufacturing within a fast paced, progressive engineering company.
