The role we are seeking to fill is our proposal co-ordinator.
This person co-ordinates the production of high-quality proposal responses.
The role based in our Guildford head office has the following main responsibilities.
Source and apply for tender opportunities using the company's various portals & websites.
On receipt of Selection Questionnaires / Tender documentation, update the central pipeline & tenders' calendar, with all relevant dates & requirements and circulate to team members.
Assist the tendering department with the co-ordination of the tender documents required for the estimators to effectively review & cost against.
Reviewing tender documents ensuring the content is relevant, current, and accurate.
Applying and writing content for tenders
Managing the Tenders Pipeline to ensure everything is up to date and deadlines are met.
The requesting and tracking of references for tender submissions.
Sending our tender enquires to our supply chain and following up quotation requests, as necessary.
Updating of the tender's calendar on a daily/weekly basis.
The maintenance and updating of the Company's Pipeline Register.
To develop and maintain a document filing system for the tenders & estimating department.
To carry out other duties within the scope of your job title as directed.
