Role Duties
- PPM & reactive work requests
- Manage Health and Safety for the building
- Planning and implementing furniture/desk moves
- Administration as needed
The ideal candidate
- FM Experience - knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
- Able to work well in a team and form relationships around the building.
- Pragmatic and able to take initiative.
- Good IT Skills
- Demonstrated skills in a corporate environment.
- Ambitious and hungry for progression
