What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Solicitors across multiple practice areas
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, and contracts
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials
- Organise and maintain client files in accordance with firm protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include legal research, data entry, and administrative tasks within the office
- High levels of typing correspondence will be required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Fast and accurate typing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Some experience working within a legal setting, with knowledge of legal terminology
