Job Description:

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to contribute to the design and development of ladies' fashion footwear ranges. As part of our team, you will:

• Manage the design process for our in-house brands.
• Create initial sketches and CADs for the brands.
• Conduct trend research and develop mood boards for new season collections.
• Review initial samples, discuss amendments, and monitor necessary changes.
• Manage the sample process, collaborating closely with suppliers and adhering to deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualities:

• Highly creative with a passion for trend-led women's footwear across multiple product categories.
• Understanding of footwear production and construction methods.
• A keen eye for trends and fashion, with some accessories design experience being beneficial.
• Proficient in freehand drawing and CAD usage.
• Familiarity with consumer fashion needs and wants.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
• A genuine passion for footwear, fashion, and staying abreast of the latest trends.
• MUST have a Footwear design degree or equivalent
