Are you a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a passion for both digital and print design? Our client is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their friendly and passionate team to contribute to the success of their renowned branded products. If you have experience in Graphic design within both digital and print, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! 🎉
Key Responsibilities:
🖌️ Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure all design work aligns with the brand strategy, positioning, and target audiences.
🎯 Present initial design ideas and apply approved designs to seasonal launches and campaigns across digital and trade marketing.
💻 Create eye-catching digital assets for the website and other digital marketing channels, including web banners, emails, paid social ads, and gifs.
📚 Undertake the annual refresh of catalogues and price lists, delivering accurate print-ready artwork.
🎁 Design promotional items including gift with purchase promotions.
📷 Resize images and create gifs to support social media growth.
💡 Contribute ideas and provide design support on ad-hoc projects.
Essential Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Art/Design or a related field.
Essential Skills:
✨ Commercial experience in Graphic design for both print and digital, ideally within a brand-orientated environment.
💻 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
📣 Excellent communication skills to ensure consistent and high-quality information flow.
💡 Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical design solutions.
🤝 Collaborative nature with a can-do attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
🔎 Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills.
