Junior Hairdressing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Perform barbering services, such as beard trims and shaves
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor and train junior stylists in various hair styling techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide appropriate recommendations
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Strong upselling skills to promote salon products and services
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Ability to mentor and train junior stylists
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and preferences
- Flexibility to assist with front desk duties when necessary

Salary: £80.00-£100.00 per day

• stylist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)
