Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (Dependant on level of experience)
Hours: Core business hours areMonday- Friday 8am - 5.00pm with an earlier finish on a Friday

Due to expansion and growth a very successful manufacturing and distribution company with over 400 employees is seeking to add to their IT team and hire a Junior IT Service Desk IT service support company on the outskirts of Bournemouth we are currently looking to recruit a new member of staff into the team to undertake IT Service 1st Line Support.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within IT support for a growing, successful and well respected business.
The main part of your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring software and computer applications
- Responding to requests for technical assistance via phone, email and in person
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Support, maintain and monitor internal systems
- Redirect and escalate any issues
- Document resolutions for future reference
Required knowledge:
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Dependable, enthusiastic and personable.
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to deal with people at all levels within the organisation.
- Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Previous experience in IT Helpdesk / Support role is also beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
