Junior IT Support - No Experience Required

Job Title: Junior IT Support (Full-Time | Entry Level with Full Training Provided)

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus benefits (DoE)

Location: Cardiff (Mon-Fri | Office Based with Occasional Travelling Required)

This role does not require any previous professional experience.

Join our Nationally established Construction client who have a commitment to technology and innovation. They are enhancing operational efficiency; this includes recent investment in new software & technology. They are seeking a tech-savvy individual to join their team as Junior IT Support as they embark on this exciting journey.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide essential support to individuals within the company for the effective use and adaptation to the new software.
• Collaborate with staff to address any software-related issues or glitches, collecting valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with the software provider to communicate issues, gather solutions, and contribute to ongoing system enhancements.
• Help familiarise staff with the basics of the new software.
• Travel to construction projects as needed, working closely with site teams to ensure seamless software integration.
• Maintain effective communication with various staff members, with a positive and cooperative working environment.

Essential:

• IT Fluent - Someone who has a real interest in or study background in IT.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse team members.
• Driving Licence & Access to transport - must be able to visit other sites when required (All Travel expenses covered).
