This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join a well-known sports company in a highly varied and technical role.
This company have been established for over 100 years and are instantly recognisable. They are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to continue the growth of their IT team.
In this role you will assist the IT Supervisor with providing IT Support to all business users. You will carry out software updates and patches, maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure, maintain server backups and improve the efficiency of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have some commercial experience in a similar role or internship and knowledge of O365, helpdesk ticketing, Windows Server and basic networking (LAN, WAN, DHCP, R&S etc.).

The Role:
*Assist the IT Supervisor with providing IT Support to all business users
*Carry out software updates and patches, maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure
*Maintain server backups and improve the efficiency of service delivery
*Based onsite in Sheffield, 35 hours per week
The Person:
*Some commercial experience in a similar role or internship
*Knowledge of O365, helpdesk ticketing, Windows Server and basic networking (LAN, WAN, DHCP, etc.)
*Any experience with Meraki, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall is advantageous but not required
*Must be commutable to Sheffield or willing to relocate
