Junior Landscaping Estimator (Soft Works)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Landscaping Estimator with a specialisation in Soft Works to join our team in Pershore, Worcestershire. As a key member of our growing organisation, you will play a vital role in the estimation process for landscaping projects, focusing on the intricate details of Soft Works.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the estimating team to analyze project requirements and specifications.
• Specialize in Soft Works estimation, including plantings, soil preparation, and related landscaping elements.
• Utilise software systems, particularly Evaluate, for accurate and efficient project assessments.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate cost estimations and contribute to the development of comprehensive project proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and materials to enhance the accuracy of estimations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in landscaping, with a focus on Soft Works.
• Proficiency in using software systems, especially Evaluate, or a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and learn new IT tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Salary Range: Competitive salary between £25,000 - £35,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
