Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting in the office by providing secretarial and administrative support

- Working for team dealing with Private Client Work - Wills, Probate and Tax Trusts

- Preparing a wide range of legal documentation and general correspondence

- Co-ordinating client meetings and ensuring required paperwork is available

- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with a wide range of enquiries

- Administering case management system and updating information held when needed
