Exciting opportunity to work at a large commercial estate situated in Cambridge. CBW are currently recruiting for a junior plumber to cover a commercial estate. Reporting to M&E Estates Manager on site, the successful candidate will be mechanically biased to a minimum level 2, with the employer carrying you through to being fully qualified to Level 3. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and offers a yearly salary of £25,742 based on qualifications and experience.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Repairing Toilets and Sinks
- Unblocking Toilets
- Water Treatment
- Repairing pipework and leaks
- Minor installation works
- Flexible in helping other trades on site
- Planned and reactive works
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00

Requirements
- Plumbing / Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
