Job description

Interpath Advisory is a financial advisory business with a broad range of specialisms. Originally part of KPMG, it was sold to HIG Capital in 2021 and now boasts the UK’s largest independent restructuring function in the UK. In that short time, we’ve grown to around 750 people across 16 international offices. As well as geographical expansion, we’ve also grown our transaction services, M&A business, debt advisory teams as well as several other deal advisory teams.

Our growth ambitions don’t end there, and so we’re looking for motivated individuals to help us hit our 2030 objectives.

 You’ll sit in our busy, happy marketing team and will support our internal and client-facing colleagues in making sure they have the marketing collateral they need to build our brand and win new business. This will mostly be for presentations, reports and social media, but it could also involve email comms, website content and event support.

You’ll be given full training on how to do it all.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Production of high-quality presentations and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Content creation for social media (primarily LinkedIn), our website, event collateral, email comms to clients and prospects and long-form content marketing (such as whitepapers)
  • Creating and coordinating the fulfilment of corporate merchandise
  • Internal stakeholder management – gathering requirements from client-facing and business support teams and maintaining close working relationships with them
  • External stakeholder management – liaising with suppliers in the execution of our marketing projects. These could include printers, merch suppliers and others.
  • Creating marketing briefs from stakeholders requirements, suggesting im.
  • Managing your own projects and contributing to the smooth running of the wider marketing function.
  • Maintain brand consistency across everything you produce.
  • Convey complex information and data in engaging, visually appealing and easy-to-understand ways.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • Previous Adobe Creative Cloud package experience beneficial but not essential (we can train you up in this)
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with numbers and dealing with graphs, tables and charts.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to take on feedback and working with others to achieve the end result
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Desire to work in this sector
