Position Summary

We are searching for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team of in-house creatives to support in creating & adapting digital animations, to make our exciting leading brands shine across multiple markets and platforms.

We’re looking for an up and coming creative with a strong portfolio of creative briefs showing a mixture of digital animations & concepts, a great attention to detail and consistency across assets. Someone who is hungry to learn, develop and thrive in a creative environment, and can work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with fantastic time management and communication skills.

You’ll be reporting directly into the Shopper & Sprint Graphic Design Lead, and you will be tasked with bringing to life our shopper key visuals, for our Nestlé Brands in the UK & Ireland. You’ll also be working on some of the most loved & most well-known confectionery brands in the world!

A day in the life of a Junior Motion Graphic Designer…

You’ll be working among highly creative individuals in our Content Studio team across both Gatwick and York to create high quality digital content for the Confectionery Shopper Activation team on our most loved Nestlé brands!

You’ll need to be confident working on multiple briefs, be able to work to short deadlines, and most importantly have an eye for detail as you adapt and create content across multiple platforms such as digital and social, POS (Point of sale) and DOOH (Digital out of home).

There will also be multiple opportunities to work closely with our studio team and shadow our senior designers and animators to assist in ideations, concept creation and more for several big campaigns and new product releases!

Types of Content You Will Produce:

Digital:

Adaptions for social videos, Instore activations, DOOH and POS.

You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will also:

• Have a fantastic portfolio demonstrating a range of animation skills on creative projects
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premier
• Confident working digital platforms
• Fantastic attention to detail and constancy across design & brands
• Produce clean, tidy, and labelled layered files
• Confident both working alone and as part of a team
• Excellent time management & ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Confident working to fast turnarounds of simpler assets
• Positive attitude to problem solving and creative boundaries
• A hunger to learn, develop and keep up to date with design trends
• Confident presenting work, and creative ideas to the studio and shopper team
• Friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships with clients and fellow designers
• Ability to produce final files for digital
• Adapt & re-purpose existing assets to amplify campaigns further
• Design and create engaging and impactful content
• Produce content to a range of best-practice media
