Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the sales process for New Homes, from initial enquiry to completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping prospective buyers navigate the home buying process.
- Support senior Sales Consultants with client viewings, negotiations, and administrative tasks.
- Learn and develop sales techniques and industry knowledge through hands-on experience and training.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic about starting a career in New Homes Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help clients find their perfect home.
- Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn and grow within the company.
- Knowledge of the Shoreditch area and local property market is a plus, but not essential.
