Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Administration Manager, handling day-to-day administrative duties
- Maintain client files, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Foster client relationships, responding swiftly to queries
- Support advisers in meeting preparations and follow-up documentation
- Oversee documentation, including processing and managing letters of authority and client valuations

- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
