Our client who is a local employer who supports growth and training within the business, is looking for a great candidate who is looking to start their career within an office environment and with an interest in the accounts field – full training will be given.
For the right candidate there maybe a chance to be put through an apprenticeship scheme to develop skills in the future so good GCSE or A level results in Maths and English will be required.
Duties will include:
- Data entry onto the accounts system
- Overseeing the accounts team inbox and help with queries to the department
- Learn and input invoices on to the company system
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Answering calls into the department sna speak with suppliers, customers and internal teams
Skills and abilities:
- Must have GCSE / A Levels in English and Maths
- Must be confident talking on the telephone and a confident communicator
- Must have good computer skills and able to learn new systems
- Must work at a good pace with attention to details and make minimal mistakes with data entry
- Must wants a long term career/training opportunity

£18,000 – £24,000
