As a Junior Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project operations and ensuring smooth execution. Your responsibilities will span administrative tasks, project support, collaboration, communication, and learning. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Make Phone Calls: You’ll communicate with team members and external parties via phone calls.
- Set Up Project Meetings: Assist in organizing and scheduling project-related meetings.
- Minute-Taking at Meetings: Document meeting discussions and decisions.
- Assist with Planning: Contribute to project planning activities.
- Maintain Project Calendar: Keep project schedules and deadlines up to date.
- Track Projects: Monitor project progress and update relevant documentation using our learning or Procore system.
- Coordinate with Team Members: Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the Point of Contact: Facilitate communication between project participants.
- Prepare Project Documents and Reports: Assist in creating project-related materials.
- Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple tasks and deadlines is essential.
