Now recruiting for a national company who are leaders in their sector, specifically for someone to join their growing team in their Hemel Hempstead office based in the Maylands areas.

We're looking for an Junior Operations Coordinator to join the team! This is a junior role so previous experience is not needed however some experience within an office would be desired. If you are looking to build a career or take your next steps within an office enviornment then this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

On a day-to-day basis you could expect to be involved in everything from processing orders, supporting on projects, and coordinating workers to more general admin, purchase order and invoice-based work.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position is paying between £24K to £26K depending on experience.

What to expect:

  • Placing and processing orders.
  • Raising and allocating purchase orders.
  • Project support - Planning, coordinating, and scheduling.
  • Assisting with quotations.
  • Invoice support.
  • With scope for this role to grow and take on other duties in the future.

What do we need from you:

  • A can-do attitude to jump into projects and tasks is a must have for this type of job.
  • The ability to commute daily and work in the Hemel Hempstead office.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Organised, structured approach with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project desirable), organisational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach.
