There is a genuine opportunity here to become a really useful member of the team.
This boutique investment bank has new headcount for a bright and motivated PA / Assistant to contribute to their continued success.
You will work alongside another Assistant and will be involved in various business functions including HR, finance and marketing. In-office 5 days a week.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Diary management, arranging meetings and travel
- Acting as point of contact for internal and external communications
- Responding to emails and redirecting as appropriate
- Organising daily team lunches
- Liaising with suppliers for office equipment
- Assisting with CRM system, keeping client information up to date
- Assisting in the planning of company and client events, team meetings and off-sites
- Dealing with supplier invoices and preparing expense reports
- Assisting HR with employee onboarding, office well-being and in-house training
- Working closely with other Assistants, sharing workload in times of high pressure
The skills you need to bring:
- Some experience as a Team Assistant / PA in a financial/professional environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, flexible and friendly approach
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise
- Sense of humour
- A desire and ability to learn quickly
- Tech savvy – Strong MS Office
