Junior Paint Sprayer

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for a JuniorPaint Sprayer to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Junior Paint Sprayer our client is offering:

i. Starting pay rate up to £11.50 per hour (D.O.E)
ii. Temporary to permanent position
iii. 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday with a 1pm finish on Fridays
iv. Overtime opportunities paid at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday
v. Position within a very stable company

The Role - Junior Paint Sprayer:

i. Wet spray using paint consumables on manufactured steel products
ii. Paint spraying to required standards
iii. Spraying of steel products
iv. Meeting/exceeding targets
v. Working within Health & Safety guidelines
vi. Working within a small team of 3

What our client is looking for in a Junior Paint Sprayer:

i. Possess exposure to Paint spraying experience within a manufacturing/engineering or sheet metal environment
ii. Displaying excellent attendance/timekeeping ethic
iii. Have a strong willingness to learn
