The Job:
Candidates will be responsible for providing technical administration support to the financial advisers and paraplanners. You will manage back office administration, processes, compliance and work flow
Location: Beckenham (South East London) - Office based position
Your duties will include:
Junior Paraplanner - Technical Administrator - Wealth Management
- Issue letter of authorities (LOAs) to providers
- Chase financial institutions to provide requested information
- Write client annual review letters, fund switch letters ISA & Pension top up letters & other compliance letters
- Produce comprehensive, accurate and clear Suitability Reports using a combination of standard paragraphs and free text; (with training)
- Preparing illustrations for numerous products, such as ISA's Pensions, Protection.
- Liaise with third party providers;
- Administer back office administration that relates to the paraplanning role such as updating a client’s CFR, making sure that client files are audited and all regulatory and company requirements are met at the end of a case
- Preparing client files for meetings
- Responding to client enquiries
- liaising with Administration Centres and other Paraplanners
- Drafting and proof-reading documents, including client correspondence, illustrations etc
- Using Salesforce the company CRM system to adhere to all compliance requirements
- Maintaining and accurately updating the back office systems with client data - using it to effectively manage the business workflow
- Provide regular status updates to clients regarding status of transfers, withdrawals amongst other things
- Processing Business and chasing through to completion
- Processing Application forms
- Manage business pipeline
- Manage case tracking
- Maintain the compliance requirements of the business - Ensure business and client files are fully compliant
- Providing weekly updates (calls / emails) to Partner/Adviser
What’s needed to be considered
In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates need to have -
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Strong knowledge of investments and pensions
- Financial Services qualifications are desired
