This brilliant business is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the Cornerstone talent management platform, while assisting with implementation and delivery of a programme of system enhancements and improvements. This position supports growth and progression which would be perfect for a candidate who wants to build a long term rewarding career.
The Junior Systems Administrator will be responsible for:
- To troubleshoot and resolve any reported incidents and action requests within service level targets to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
- To escalate tickets to third party support, if required, to ensure timely resolution.
- To provide support and advice to the business and specialist teams with any system queries.
- To carry out day-to-day administration and configuration of the Cornerstone system and assist in the resolution of technical problems as appropriate.
- To create and maintain specialist teams' accounts, groups, security roles, performance and feedback tasks, custom reports and reference
