Junior Pmo Analyst

It's an exciting time to join the Project Management Office (PMO) here at AXA where we’ve an opportunity for a talent individual to join us as a PMO Analyst.
Reporting into the Head of Transversal PMO, you’ll support the development of change delivery within AXA UKandI by providing insights and delivering improvements to governance oversight, tooling approaches and ways of working.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
Support programme managers (PM’s) with the production of governance materials and the delivery of initiatives
Undertake financial management and the production of actual vs budget analysis
Conduct resource management and the update of project personnel to the Project and Portfolio management system
Complete RAID management and quality maintenance, supporting the PM in effective risk and issue management
Perform health checks on data and artifacts to maintain quality in delivery
Manage stakeholders across the group to ensure the successful delivery of improvements
Identify data analytics and use them to provide insight to PM’s and governance forums
Liaise with audit and risk functions as needed
