We are currently recruiting for a Junior Process Technologist to join us for a fixed term of 4 months. You will be located at our Minsterley site with 2 days per week at Market Drayton or Telford. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting team and is ideal for a student looking for some experience in a FMCG environment.
Your day-to day tasks as a Junior Process Technologist will include: -o Support in Factory trials: 2 trials per weeks for 19 weeks (3 days per week),o Trial preparation (documents)o Trial attendance (Minsterley site)o Samples preparation for shelf-life evaluationo Samples preparation for external lab analysiso Weekly taste testing session on site preparation and reporting (Minsterley)o Support for samples making (kitchen scale) for PL stakeholders when needed at Telford (need kitchen work abilities, organisation and flexibility)o Trials reporting (doc)You will gain knowledge in desserts processing (from mixing to final packaging), and in desserts description and quality. Furthermore, you will be involved in an important project for the business (100% of products will be tested within the project) and meet all the stakeholders involved in the project.
