AS THE JUNIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPER:

• Take ownership for the critical path, ensuring that the full end to end process is protected at all times
• Ensure that all ex-factory dates are maintained, and if not, solutions & actions are quickly acted upon
• Work collectively with your merchandiser, designer and garment tech
• Ensure all samples are sealed to the correct quality, and again, on time
• Keep track of all samples coming into the business
• Cost and negotiate all lines, including cross-costing exercises
• Ensure all fit sessions are attended and that all comments are clearly communicated to suppliers
• Ability to build highly detailed tech packs with clear and concise comments
• Understand and ensure that quality is being adhered to at all times, including legislation & regulation for international customers and wholesale partners
• Actively source new fabrics and trims
• Conduct regular comp shop analysis
