We are currently searching for a Junior Product Developer for Outerwear and Motorcycle to join the team.

As our Junior Product Developer you will be responsible for driving the critical path for the woven Outerwear and Motorcycle categories; ensuring timely completion of prototypes and samples, through to the point of product sign off and handover to other departments. This role is integral to the wider Design, Production and Merchandising teams and will focus on efficiently facilitating Product Development communication between these functions. Our successful candidate will join with experience of Product Development for relevant categories.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:


  • Working alongside Design to translate sketch into product by advising on construction and materials with target intake margin in mind
  • Managing and providing detailed technical packs, launching directly with vendors to ensure protos / samples are delivered on time
  • Creating clear, accurate product specifications packs - including size chart, trim details, construction methods and fit comments etc
  • Owning the development aspect of the PLM system for each season from inception to completion of the production BOM
  • Sample management; tracking, receiving, booking in, measuring and organising protos and samples
  • Raising and checking purchase orders for samples
  • Maintaining testing records and reviewing technical files and/or data sheets
  • Managing courier shipments
  • Organising travel arrangements (flight bookings, taxis, hotels etc) and preparing itineraries for the team when necessary
  • Managing new vendors' due diligence in terms of system set up, confidentiality agreement etc

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Work experience in a role of a similar nature, ideally a performance brand
  • Knowledge of menswear garment construction and development processes
  • Experience of using PLM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and processes
  • Practical knowledge of Excel, Adobe Illustrator
  • Flexibility to travel
