About the role:
Fruition IT a recruiting for a Junior Product Manager to work for a tech-for-good business who are making a real difference in children's lives.
This is a fantastic role for a Junior Product Manager with 1-2 years' experience to hold a crucial role in a greenfield project. You will responsible for driving forward the product development and product life cycle of a market-disrupting application. This opportunity will give you experience of working on a software build from the very early stages and you will gain valuable experience working with a small but dedicated team building a market leading product in a crucial market sector.

- Market research to analyse customer needs and inform product development.
- Product development support
- Data analysis
- Documentation
- Quality assurance
- Cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Product Management role
- Passion for technology
- Some experience of agile ways of working
- Someone from an E-commerce/retail/fintech background is desirable but this is not essential.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management
