As a member of our Project Delivery Team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the implementation of our new CRM and Data Platforms. You'll be skilled at preparing and delivering reports to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the journey. As a champion for a culture of continuous improvement, you will challenge the status quo and promote innovation.
During implementation, you'll develop a robust user acceptance test programme with case scenarios to ensure processes are thoroughly tested end to end. You will ensure user feedback drives ongoing refinement, making our systems effective and user-friendly.
To empower our teams, you'll support the development of materials and training workshops to equip colleagues with the skills they need to use the new systems confidently and successfully.
Ready to collaborate, problem solve and support new ways of working as part of our CRM transformation? Apply now to embark on this exciting journey with us!
