AddressWe are proud to be supporting this global client in finding a Junior Project Engineer to join their team, working on a variety of projects within the Water Treatment industry.
We are ideally seeking candidates with project management experience within the Water industry.
As a Junior Project Engineer, you will support with the asset design and water treatment projects, with your main location being Peterborough. There may be some opportunity to work hybrid but this will depend on workload, meetings and, whether it is critical for you to be on site.
As aJunior Project Engineer, you will provide support to the design team, with thedesign and execution of Bridge, Complex Mobile and BOO projects, assistant with the desiging and execution of water projects, to time and budget constraints.
As part of your role, you will also assist with managing document developments, reviews and approvals, managing customer deliverables and technical communications and, Utilising SAP – to create/update Material Master, Inventory, drawing and BOM.
You will work closely with the regional leads team to develop deals and successful executions, as well as with external contractors to ensure they produce detailed designs and drawings
To carry out this role you will ideally have any or all of the skills and experience below:
- A basic knowledge of water process, electrical, control/mechanical designs, material and equipment selection and sizing
- Knowledge in PLC designs and Integrations (Preferable PLC- Allan Bradley and Siemens)
- Experience in engineering design and design leadership
- Experience in a product and services business - ideally within water treatment
- Strong water process and project management skills with ability to drive projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- B.Sc. in an Engineering/science / Master or related technical experience
