Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: Moorgreen Hospital, Hampshire, SO30 3JB (1-2 days onsite and the other WFH)
Trust: Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust
Job type & Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (37.5 hours a week)
Pay rate: £19.10 per hour
You'll need a car for travel across Hampshire, particularly around Moorgreen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, under the guidance of the Programme Manager, including the preparation of project briefs, initiation documents, business cases, specifications, benefits realisation, and management of risk and associated project management techniques.
- Provide support to the Technology programme of work and portfolio of projects.
- Provide advice and assistance to support adherence to project processes, using influences where necessary and ensure agreed standards are consistently applied across the programme/s.
- Provide specialist knowledge and advice on preparing and maintaining project plans, resource plans and report using specialist project planning tools in support of the project life cycle.
- Work with a range of stakeholders to agree appropriate actions from executive level to administration staff.
Skills/Experience:
- PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Previous NHS experience highly desirable.
- Previous managerial experience.
- In depth knowledge of Office Administration.
- Access to own car is required due to travelling to other sites.
This role may require you to show evidence of education to Degree level or at least 2 years relevant experience.
