Job Description

A long established Fit Out Contractor, based in Lancashire, who specialise in the delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects for a range of blue chip and high profile clients, predominantly within the Retail and Leisure sectors are looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to work alongside their highly experienced team.
Reporting into a Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating fit-out projects from concept to completion. You will be either managing your own small projects or assisting on larger projects. This exciting position provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience and develop your project management skills.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior Project Managers and other departments within the business.
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
* Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience working within the Construction sector.
