Junior Project Manager

We are working with an ambitious, growing glazing business that specialises in delivering aluminium glazing systems for clients across London and the South East.

They have been running since 2006 and have ambitious plans to double the size of the business in the next 5 years, which means more career development opportunities!

They work across the Residential, Commercial and Education sectors and have worked on projects such as the University of Arts London, QPR FC Training Centre and Bromley-By-Bow Station. Their projects tend to run in the £750,000+ range.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to assist in the end-to-end process of their various projects.

Typically, Project Managers will be managing 7-8 projects at any one time (depending on size) and the role will be largely office-based with some travel to client sites when required.

The successful candidate will have prior technical experience in Project Management in any sector and must show aptitude, confidence and a willingness to learn.

This role has good development prospects for someone with limited Project Management experience looking to develop their career.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with end-to-end project management, typically multiple projects at a time.
• Assisting architects and designers to meet client parameters within budget.
• Assisting with the production team to ensure production is done smoothly and on time.
• Assisting with contractors during the fitting stage and ensuring a smooth finish to each project.

They are prepared to pay a salary of £35,000-£40,000 based on experience and expectation.

They also have a 10% annual bonus based on the performance of the business and they will pay for any travel expenses etc and offer various other benefits including:

You will be working Monday-Friday in their modern office in Croydon with ocassional travel to client sites.
