As the Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to working alongside their Senior Project Manager and be instrumental in delivering their digital solutions to their clients, with a keen interest in digital technology, you will within their Digital development team and wider creative teams and quickly learn about how digital engagement compliments their industry.
Their digital projects are wide and varied and can range from digital online web tools, gamification, virtual reality, animations, and digital surveys. You will act as a contact for digital engagement projects, providing high quality design and digital project management services in creating unique experiences used around the world.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering digital projects to clients, collaborating to deliver shared projects with them, whilst also managing your own projects.
* Working on your own projects you will act as the main contact overseeing the effective delivery of commissioned digital engagement, providing advice, updates and plans, sustaining regular contact with clients, both in person and via email and telephone.
* Develop and monitor production timetables, costs estimates and briefs; scheduling work with other departments or with relevant freelancers/suppliers and coordinate everything needed on a project or account to ensure delivery on time, on budget and on specification.
* Assist the Creative Director in delivering all aspects of engagement work by means of creative concepts, design, development, and testing.
* Work directly with external suppliers to ensure correct delivery of the project and to act as an intermediary resource in the relationship between the client/the business/supplier.
* To fully test and evaluate the developed project so that it meets the original specification from agreed final specification.
* To work with the wider Project Management team to ensure that any digital engagement elements are delivered to meet client pre-build dates and to correctly interact with the designed stand architecture
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A great communicator - both face to face and telephone
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Good listener/interpreter
* Have prior experience within Digital would be amazing – not essential
* To have a creative flair would be an amazing attribute
