Junior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Fit Out

Our client specialises in Commercial Fit Outs & Refurbishment Solutions.

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining our client within the sub-contractor market. The successful candidate will be part of a growing and successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Subcontract procurement via tenders and preparing and completing subcontract documentation.
• Valuing work instructions
• Pricing works
• Manage and maintain our relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Submission of variations and early warnings
• Input into budgets, forecasting and monthly reconciliations
• Additional administration duties, analysis, reporting and projects as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of QS experience.
• Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Office including excel
• Highly organised, accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, strategic and a multitasker
