Junior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A specialist data centre contractor working on projects across the UK. They have offices across the world including Singapore and Dublin, with a head office in Manchester. The company is over 300 and steadily growing and are currently looking for a Junior Quantity surveyor with at least 12 months experience to join the head office in North Manchester.
Your new role
In this role you will be working alongside a senior QS, supporting them on data centre projects for clients such as Muller and Lidl. The projects you will work on range in value from £100k - £5 million with a recent contract secured for a £17 million project in Warrington which you will be a part of. On day to day basis you will be involved pre and post contract, managing cost, budget and margin.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with minimum of 12 months experience working within the construction industry specifically on a design and build projects.
