Junior Recruitment Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating placements. Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill vacancies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
