Junior Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating placements. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
5. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill vacancies.
7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance effectiveness.

9. Requirements:

10. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
11. Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred but not required.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
13. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
14. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
15. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
16. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
17. High level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
