Your Responsibilities:
Our client seeks an individual who can consistently deliver remarkable results for clients while staying true to their core principles. In this role, you will take charge of the complete recruitment process - from identifying potential candidates to facilitating their seamless integration into client organisations. Your main tasks will include:
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding and fulfilling their specific recruitment needs.
- Demonstrating proficiency in sales, business development, and marketing techniques to consistently attract and retain new business from client companies.
- Identifying and sourcing high-caliber candidates through various channels such as online job boards, networking, and referrals. Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and company cultural compatibility.
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, gathering feedback, and serving as a dependable advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
- Fostering enduring connections with clients and candidates by ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates and tracking the progress of placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and effective assimilation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Recent graduate, holding a bachelor’s degree (2:1+) or equivalent experience.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, skilled in building rapport and maintaining relationships.
- A results-driven mindset, ideally with a history of accomplishing goals and targets.
- Proficiency in IT.
- A robust work ethic combined with the drive to achieve top-tier earnings.
