What can I expect day to day as Junior Recruitment Consultant?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differentl. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

• Building relationships with clients
• Winning new business
• Managing vacancies from start to finish
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

• No previous recruitment experience is needed but sales is preferred
