- OTE £45,000-£50k
- This sales role is to only be involved with the customer up to exchange of contracts.
- Longevity as site will be ongoing until 2028, with nearby future landbank
- Selling 1/2/3 bed apartments and 3 & 4 Bedroom houses
- Double Manned
- 1 weekend off in 4, with the possibility for more if rota allows
- Mileage Paid
The Role –
- To maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard
- To research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition
- To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
- To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets
- To progress secured reservations to completion
- To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates
- To ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
Requirements –
- Communication and Listening Skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Negotiating Skills would also be an advantage
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to embrace training
- Willing to be flexible in respect to day-to-day duties and hours worked.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Proven experience of high customer service.
- Experience of being in a New Homes sale role that is results driven and measured.
- The ability to work accurately whilst under pressure in a target orientated environment
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- A good knowledge of the local area
- You must hold a full UK/EU driving licence and have access to your own transport
