Junior School Administrator

Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education.  We have a co-educational community of over 500 students aged from 6-18, who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries.Gordonstoun has been leading the way in character education for more than 80 years. Our uniquely broad curriculum provides challenge in the classroom, at sea and in the mountains, on the stage and on the sports fields and enables students to discover the truth in our motto – Plus Est En Vous – there is more in you. This Administrator role is part of the administration team, particularly supporting all aspects of the Junior School.  This is a broad role which requires flexible interaction with many internal departments in order to support the implementation of exemplary standards of compliance and efficiency.  We are looking for an experienced administrator to support all aspects of admin within the Junior School and wider school team.The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, and be a proficient communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.You will bring administration experience, a pro-active approach and a proven track-record of strong working relationships. People will recognise you as someone who is conscientious and diligent with excellent attention to detail. You will have experience in data management and the ability to implement creative solutions to improve practices.Gordonstoun is striving to build a team that is truly inclusive.
