Look, our client knows that they are sh*t-hot at SEO, so they need someone who can match the skills they have and bring new ideas to the table. Their SEO team consists of their SEO lead and two content writers currently, but with a huge increase in new SEO clients (because their SEO pays off…. wink wink) they are now looking for a new member of their growing SEO team!

They are seeking an experienced and skilled Junior SEO Executive / SEO Analyst to join their Marketing team and contribute to their and their clients online presence. As an SEO Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include technical, on-page and off-page SEO. They are looking for an analyst with strong technical SEO capabilities.

Your main objective will be to employ effective SEO strategies that attract and engage clients’ target audience, ultimately converting visitors into customers. Performance marketing is at the heart of what our client does, so understanding the user journey end-to-end will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run technical, on-page and off-page audits for new clients being onboarded
• Create SEO strategies for clients
• Utilise Ahrefs, Search Console and other SEO tools to monitor performance
• Conduct keyword research to support the content writers with creative supporting content
• Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in web design
• Track essential SEO metrics, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page
• Utilise heat mapping to understand the customer journey and improve conversion
• Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to enhance online authority
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements and Skills:

• 2 years prior work experience as an SEO Analyst
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
• An excellent understanding of keyword research and management tools
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimisation practices
• Strong analytical skills
• A passion for performance marketing
• Experience in managing Google PPC accounts (desirable)
