Junior Site Manager

Our client a expanding property business in the Leeds area are looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager due to expansion.

The right person will currently be an experienced tradesman or Site Supervisor overseeing refurbishment/build projects in the commercial or residential sector and looking to get into Site Management.

You will be health & safety conscious, with a positive "can do" attitude.

The Junior Site Manager will be liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors and consultants, to ensure the finished product is in accordance with all specifications, to the highest standards of workmanship and within budget.

You will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient running of the small site as a whole and to comply with the HSE, company Health & Safety policy and all other Health and Safety legislation during the works.

Additionally, you will work directly with the owners of the business, giving regular updates.

Benefits  

• Salary £28,100 - £40,000
• Monday - Friday, days only.
